SANP Committees:
2010 SANP can use your help in the following areas: Decorating - Prizes - Publicity - Security
SANP (Main) Commmittee meetings: February 4th, March 4th, March 18th April 8th, April 22nd, May 6th, May 20th and June 10th.
All meeting are planned for 7-9:30 PM in the Forum Room at OSH.Subcommittees: Not dates - times - locations. Help is needed!!
Food Committee - We have enough help on this committe.... the night of the party too.
Decorating Committee: (1st and 3rd Tuesday each month). February 2nd, February 16th, March 2nd, March 16th,
April 6th, April 20th, May 4th, May 18th. Starting in March, the Decorating committee will start meeting twice a week to begin the drawing and painting process. As we get closer to the date we will have all the dates of when parents can come and help. Meetings are in the Forum Room at OSH from 7:00-8:30 PM.
The decorating of the school starts at 2:30 PM on Friday, June 11th and we will be there for many hours. We will start again on Saturday and go as long as it takes to hopefully finish. (by Saturday night). Times will be figured out as we get closer to those dates.
Publicity: We still need 2 to 4 more people. Dates to be determined as we get more parents on the committee.
Securiity : Meeting dates to be determined. We need a lot of parents!
Entertainment Committee: Meetings are on the first Wednesday each month at 7:00 PM. Meetings dates are February 3rd, March 3rd, April 7th, May 5th. Location to be determined. We need a lot (maybe 50-60) more parents to volunteer. You can volunteer for one shift or all night. We need sub-committee chair people and volunteers for all the activities.
Prize Committee: Meeting dates are January 21st, February 18th at the Osseo Perkins from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. We are in need of maybe 5 more people to help solicit prize donations. We need lots more the night of the party.
